Job summary

Caseware, a leading SaaS provider, seeks a results-driven Solutions Consultant to guide customers through evaluation and adoption of Caseware products. You will partner with account teams, lead trials, and craft value-driven demonstrations while coordinating with product and services teams.

You will help clients navigate AI-enabled accounting workflows, drive efficiency, and ensure successful implementations across North America from a remote position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years preparing financial statements and/or performing audit, assurance, review, or compilation engagements or 3+ years in a SAAS customer-facing role in accounting.
• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into solutions.
• Interest in AI-powered accounting and ability to discuss its application with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capability.
• Desire to learn technology adoption and process improvement in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers and Consultants to evaluate and plan Caseware solutions.
• Lead evaluations, trials, and pilots, sharing expertise with customers.
• Strategize migration and implementation journeys with Professional Services.
• Support evaluations and implementations, ensuring timelines and tasks stay on track.
• Create and maintain value-driven demonstrations and assets.
• Bridge customers with Product teams to relay feedback for improvements.
• Attend conferences and events to maintain relationships and industry knowledge.
• Participate in speaking engagements or thought leadership and contribute.
• Design scalable processes and drive internal improvement initiatives.
