Caseware, a leading SaaS provider for accounting and audit, seeks a Solutions Consultant to guide customers through evaluating and adopting Caseware products. You will run demos, pilots, and migration planning with cross-functional teams, shaping how clients modernize finance tech.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, customer collaboration, and scalable processes across North America with occasional travel.

Qualifications

3+ years in audit, assurance, review or compilation engagements or 3+ years in a SAAS customer-facing role in accounting/audit.
Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.
Understanding or interest in AI-powered accounting solutions and their applications.

Responsibilities

Lead prospects and customers through evaluation and implementation planning of Caseware solutions.
Deliver demos, trials, and pilots, coordinating with SMEs as needed.
Strategize migration and implementation journeys with customers and services teams.
Support evaluations with tools, processes, and resources to keep timelines.
Create and maintain value-driven product demos and assets.
Bridge customers with Product teams to translate feedback into insights.
Attend conferences/events and travel up to 10% as needed.
Design scalable processes to support future growth.
