Caseware is seeking a Solutions Consultant to guide customers through evaluations of Caseware solutions and provide trusted advisory services for modernization efforts. You will collaborate with account managers, training, professional services, and product teams to ensure customer success across North American clients.

The role supports virtual and live engagements, with up to 10% travel, and emphasizes driving efficiency and quality through AI-enabled accounting workflows.

Qualifications

Auditing or accounting experience in a customer-facing SAAS context.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product feedback.
Interest in AI-powered accounting solutions and modern workflows.

Responsibilities

Guide prospects through evaluation, trials, and pilots of Caseware solutions.
Lead presentations and coordinate with technical SMEs.
Plan migration and implementation journeys with clients and PS teams.
Create value-driven product demos and use cases.
Bridge customers and Product teams with actionable feedback.
Attend conferences and remote/on-site demos; travel up to 10%.
Support consistent, scalable service delivery and process improvements.
