Job summary

Suralink seeks a Solutions Consultant to join our remote-first team. You will design and deliver targeted demos and pilots, tailoring environments for executives and technical buyers, to demonstrate the value of AI-enabled audit workflows.

Reporting to the CRO, you will collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to translate accounting workflows into compelling messaging and enablement content. CPA/public accounting experience is required with 3–7 years in a high-growth SaaS setting.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent audit/accounting background with 3–7 years in public accounting.
• 2–5 years as a Solutions Consultant in B2B SaaS, ideally in accounting/audit/finance.
• Experience supporting enterprise or strategic deals with multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Familiarity with emerging technology or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver compelling demos and pilots for enterprise and strategic firms, focusing on new products and AI-enabled audit workflows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in workshops and demos to uncover pain points and position solutions.
• Redesign and standardize demo flows across the product suite by persona and segment.
• Maintain high-fidelity demo environments mirroring financial statement tie-outs, audit testing, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Train AEs and CSMs to run core demos end-to-end.
• Design pilots/POCs with clear entry criteria, timelines, and success metrics tied to real workflows.
• Translate firm methodologies into product guidance and messaging.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to inform roadmap and enablement content.
