Job summary

Experity is recruiting for the Solutions Center Specialist – Workflow to support radiology clients and manage teleradiology workflow, ensuring studies are interpreted within turnaround times and service expectations. The role emphasizes active queue monitoring, case assignments, and proactive communication with radiologists and centers.

The position provides dedicated afternoon/evening coverage, typically Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Eastern Time, with flexibility for remote or office

Qualifications

• Four years of related experience in basic computer skills, clerical work, help desk call center environment, or customer service.
• Three years PACS experience.
• Excel experience.
• Proficient in Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Triage inbound calls and chats from centers about submitting cases, demographics changes, study status, speaking with radiologists, or complaints.
• Make outbound calls to centers to notify about positive or critical findings.
• Monitor the live study queue and ensure cases are read within contracted times; reassign cases as needed.
• Communicate with radiologists and internal teams to address issues and ensure continuity of service.
• Enter radiologist schedules into the PACS system at shift start and ensure worklists activate and deactivate properly.
• Provide Level I support to centers and radiologists; submit IT tickets when needed.
