Job summary

Real Radiology, LLC is seeking an Operations Queue Analyst to facilitate the flow of radiology studies through the PACS system, ensuring studies are assigned to radiologists and reported promptly. This full-time remote role follows a Sunday-Thursday 6:00pm-3:30am CST schedule.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, and can manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with Radiologists, Operations staff, and client sites to maintain study completeness

Qualifications

• Familiar with radiology workflows and PACS terminology.
• Experience in customer support environments is preferred.
• Ability to monitor multiple studies and communicate status clearly.
• Understanding of client contractual turnaround times is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming volume and radiologist schedules to manage studies.
• Ensure turnaround times meet client contractual requirements.
• Document communications and actions taken on each study.
• Coordinate between radiologists, operations, and sites for study completeness.
• Maintain open communication with team and management.
• Handle additional project-based responsibilities as assigned.

The Role

The Operations Queue Analyst facilitates the flow of Radiology studies through the PACS system, ensuring the studies are assigned to the Radiologists and reported in a timely manner. This position is full time, remote position with a schedule of Sunday-Thursday 6:00pm-3:30am CST.

Job Functions

• Monitor all incoming volume and radiologist schedules to efficiently manage all radiology studies
• Ensures turnaround times are met according to the client's contractual times
• Document all communication and action taken on individual studies
• Provide ongoing, timely communication between Radiologists, operations, and all sites to ensure study completeness
• Maintain open communication with the Radiologists, Operations staff, and management
• Additional project-based responsibilities

Qualifications Preferred

• Graduate from an ARRT accredited School of Radiologic Technology
• Registered Radiology Technologist. (R(RT))
• 2+ years of Customer Support
• 2+ years of telephone-based customer support
