Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Solutions Architect, Total Rewards to design, implement, and maintain the Workday compensation architecture, supporting mid-year and annual reward cycles. You will partner with senior leaders across Total Rewards, People Ops, and Finance to ensure accurate data and timely cycles, including advanced configuration and integrations.

You will interact with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, focusing on data integrity

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HRIS implementation and configuration experience, with Workday Advanced Compensation and its integration points across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Reporting.
• Experience owning compensation cycle execution for a global org (merit, bonus, equity) including data loads and benchmarking data management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a quantitative or business field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and configuration of the Workday Compensation architecture for mid-year and annual rewards cycles.
• Lead technical readiness for cycle open/close and hypercare; coordinate with Total Rewards, People Ops, and Finance to ensure accuracy and on-schedule cycles.
• Serve as SME on Workday compensation touchpoints with Talent, Performance, and Reporting; troubleshoot complex configurations and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions; identify opportunities to reduce manual, error-prone processes.
• Support data integrity and compliance through audits, testing, and documentation.
