Job summary

Sardine is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead client onboarding for its fraud and compliance products. You will manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into practical solutions, and ensure a smooth deployment in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams, owning APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials, while delivering scalable implementations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical roles with strong execution and integration skills.
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive deliverables to completion.
• Experience with SQL querying and API tooling (OpenAPI, Postman).

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Provide end-to-end support during client onboarding to ensure success.
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and related materials.
• Analyze technical and functional client requirements to design solutions.
• Monitor project quality, timelines, risk, and deliverables.
• Build understanding of customer problems to provide Sardine-based solutions.
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders based on client input.
