Job summary

Granite is seeking a Solution Architect to lead discovery with clients, translate goals into technology solutions, and drive the business case for complex, multi-technology deployments. The role emphasizes technical leadership in networking, IoT, and managed services, with a focus on sales-aligned solution design and customer success.

The candidate will present across audiences, deliver design documents and SOWs, and partner with SMEs to craft differentiated solutions that meet business

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in a customer-facing technical role (pre/post sales, consulting, etc.).
• Experience in IT or Managed Services solution development and end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to present technical and non-technical info to broad audiences.
• Current industry certifications incl. RCDD are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the architectural expert across Granite solutions portfolio.
• Develop solution strategies to meet client goals and justify business cases.
• Build customer relationships to uncover opportunities and drive accounts.
• Deliver technical presentations and tailor content to the audience.
• Create designs, SOWs, and project plans for services engagements.
• Differentiate Granite offerings from competitors and communicate value.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs to build customer solutions and implementations.
• Support sales with on-site client interactions and follow-up.
