Redpanda Data is seeking a Solutions Architect for our Customer Success Engineering team. You will help customers deploy and optimize Redpanda products, architect end-to-end streaming systems, and build reusable tooling and content.

You have 7+ years in customer-facing roles with distributed systems, strong consulting, and multi-language prototyping skills. Travel up to 25% is required, with remote-first flexibility.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in a customer-facing role working hands-on with distributed systems technologies similar to Redpanda
• Experience creating blog content and/or documentation on production use cases and solutions
• Outstanding consulting skills, able to switch between internal teams and customers, from code to whiteboard
• Comfortable prototyping solutions in multiple languages (Java, Python, Go, JavaScript)
• Experience with distributed systems such as Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Cassandra
• Good understanding of security tech (TLS, SASL, Kerberos, OAuth, OIDC)
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud vendors
• Understanding of HA/DR fundamentals and designing HA/DR solutions
• Passion for solving complex tech problems and modern data streaming tech
• Strong ability to build relationships with partners, customers, and OSS users
• Collaborative spirit and translating customer feedback into action
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Experience with Kubernetes or Ansible is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Run workshops with customers and help set them up on Redpanda products
• Architect end-to-end data streaming systems with Redpanda as core solution
• Build content and best practices for internal and external audiences
• Onboard new customers and drive success with existing ones
• Design production-ready streaming architectures meeting performance goals
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support to resolve production issues
• Create tooling and automation for reuse across multiple customers
• Identify and remove barriers to production readiness and scalability
