Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect for Communications, Media, Entertainment & Gaming in the United States. You will lead pre-sales engagements, design data solutions, and partner with Account Executives to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of presales/customer-facing technical experience.
• Experience engaging in complex customer interactions and sales lifecycle.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and executives through strategic relationships.
• Experience with coding in Python, Java, or Scala and Spark basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executive(s) in your designated territory.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with the wider cloud ecosystem and 3rd party applications.
• Be a 'champion' for both customers and colleagues, operating as an expert solution architect and trusted advisor for significant data analytics architecture, design, and adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Contribute to Databricks' technical community engagement by developing customer-facing collateral and leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
