• Drive AI Adoption Across the Practice: Champion the use of AI technologies across consulting engagements and internal operations; Identify opportunities to enhance speed, quality, and depth of deliverables through AI-enabled workflows; Partner with practice leadership to evaluate and implement AI-driven approaches to client service delivery.
• Experimentation and Rapid Prototyping: Test, evaluate, and prototype new AI use cases; Develop lightweight solutions, workflows, prompts, and proofs-of-concepts that can be scaled across the practice; Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities and recommend practical applications for the business.
• Consulting Team Enablement: Act as a trusted advisor and resource for consultants seeking to incorporate AI; Train, coach, and support team members in the effective use of AI tools and best practices; Create reusable assets, playbooks, templates, and guidance to increase adoption and consistency across engagements.
