Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare/CS field.
• 5+ years of experience with Healthcare Administration software and Medicaid datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and/or Snowflake for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and challenges.
• Analyze Medicaid and healthcare datasets to identify trends and summarize insights for stakeholders.
• Develop business requirements, system designs, and documentation for new solutions or enhancements.
• Participate in planning, requirements gathering, and clarification sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Assist with process analysis, process improvement, and implementation of operational efficiencies.
