Job summary

Redwood Logistics LLC is seeking a Solutions Analyst – Infios Support to work remotely in the US. You will diagnose and resolve Infios TMS issues, combining transportation operations knowledge with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

You will own cases from investigation to resolution and coordinate with Engineering and other teams. The role emphasizes troubleshooting integrations, data exchanges, and maintaining documentation, with SLAs guiding response times.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Infios TMS in a support/implementation/administration role.
• Experience troubleshooting system integrations and data exchanges between enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, EDI, or SFTP.
• Experience reviewing application logs and integration messages.
• Experience with SQL or relational databases for data analysis or validation.
• Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Experience in structured Tier 2/Tier 3 support environments.
• Experience with case management, SLAs, escalation procedures, incident management, and Knowledge Base development.

Responsibilities

• Own customer support cases from initial investigation through resolution with timely communication.
• Respond to support requests and inquiries per established SLAs.
• Troubleshoot Infios TMS application, configuration, data, and integration issues.
• Analyze symptoms, logs, and data to identify root causes.
• Reproduce issues and distinguish between defects, config, integration, data, or user issues.
• Escalate complex issues with complete troubleshooting documentation.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to validate solutions.
