Senior 3PL WMS Support Analyst (Remote)

Job summary

Infios is a leader in supply chain software solutions with a focus on improving efficiency for customers worldwide. The Support Analyst II 3PL role provides advanced functional and technical support for 3PL WMS environments and acts as an escalation point between Tier 1 and Tier 3 engineering.

We seek a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to mentor Tier 1 analysts.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent degree or experience.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting complex enterprise applications in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with Linux/Windows and log analysis.
• Familiarity with WebLogic, Oracle DB and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex 3PL WMS issues across multi-client environments.
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation for Tier 1 issues.
• Coordinate with Tier 3, Cloud, and Product teams.
• Document issues and root-cause analyses.
• Lead customer-facing troubleshooting calls.
