Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Solution Sales Director within the Patient Access and Support Services (PASS) Center of Excellence. Qualifications

• Must reside in the same country as job location.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-10+ years sales and industry experience with 3+ years selling patient services including access, affordability and adherence solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to strategize around winning and developing new opportunities.
• Strong networking, motivation, work ethic and self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for consultative sales aligned with client accounts to drive growth across the PASS enterprise.
• Navigate strategic and transactional relationships with a consultative approach to engage new prospects and develop solutions.
• Identify opportunities for integrated sales across MedTech, Large Pharma, EBP and small/mid-size pharma.
• Understand patient services landscape and align offerings to client/patient needs (Copay, HUB, Adherence, FRM, HIT).
• Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, networking, and cross-selling across pharmaceutical, pre-commercial and MedTech organizations.
• Develop and expand executive-level relationships to identify, qualify, and close opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Execute strategic account plans to generate new and recurring business through client acquisition and relationship expansion.
