Job summary

The Redesign Group is seeking a Solution Engineering Manager to lead our Specialty Sales Practice. This remote, U.S.-based role reports to the Director of Solution Engineering and balances hands-on technical leadership with people management for a team of Solution Engineers.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of enterprise IT experience across data protection, storage platforms (PowerStore, PowerVault, Unity, PowerScale), compute/virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, VCF), and solid networking

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of enterprise IT experience across datacenter disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with storage, compute, and networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Engineers.
• Partner with sales to design multi-discipline datacenter solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise across storage, compute, and networking.
