TELUS Digital is seeking dynamic Solution Engineers (Pre-Sales) at Senior and Principal levels for our Salesforce practice. This remote role supports the Sales team with technical expertise, solution design, and accurate estimates to win complex cloud deals.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, deep Salesforce knowledge, and strong communication skills to present solutions to executives and technical staff alike, collaborating across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.

Qualifications

Minimum five Salesforce certifications for Principal/Senior levels.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce implementations and estimation.
Experience leading pre-sales activities and mentoring teams.

Responsabilités

Pre-Sales Leadership: provide technical leadership for multi-cloud deals, data migration, integrations, and complex use cases.
Discovery & Demo: lead discovery, capture requirements, and deliver tailored demos or POCs.
Solution Design: own design process, craft proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs with business-aligned solutions.
Estimation: prepare detailed ROM estimates with clear assumptions and handoff alignment.
Closing: tailor proposals and present to Sales Directors to close deals.
Client Advocacy: keep client goals central to all solutioning efforts.
Communication: explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: work with Salesforce partners and Solution Engineers on POCs and RFPs.
