Job summary

TELUS Digital, Salesforce practice, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the implementation team and drive enterprise Salesforce projects. The role focuses on scoping, budgets, and delivering complex programs with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will build and maintain project plans, guide delivery teams through hybrid methods, and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes while expanding client relationships and future roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large project teams across multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and risks.
• Strong stakeholder communication with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience with hybrid delivery models (waterfall + agile).
• Hands-on Salesforce experience including configuration and data migrations.
• Ability to coordinate offshore teams and global delivery.
• Experience implementing large Salesforce deployments (Medium/Enterprise).
• Strong budget and resource management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of deliverables and manage complex enterprise projects.
• Create and manage project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
• Lead day-to-day project execution and status updates.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and define project deliverables.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical and non-technical staff.
