Job summary

TELUS Digital's Salesforce Practice seeks a Principal Consultant to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise Service Cloud Voice solutions. You will design connected contact center experiences across Salesforce Voice, Amazon Connect, digital channels, data, AI, and enterprise systems, guiding modernization and AI adoption while ensuring secure, scalable outcomes.

As a trusted advisor, you will work with business leaders and delivery teams from discovery through production optimization,

Qualifications

Five+ years in Salesforce consulting, architecture, or implementations.
Experience with Service Cloud Voice or Salesforce Voice deployments.
Proven ability to lead client delivery and architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops and architecture design across Salesforce Voice and Amazon Connect.
Define scalable contact center architectures for voice, chat, and digital channels.
Oversee delivery lifecycle from design through deployment and optimization.
Support pre-sales with estimates, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
Mentor delivery resources and promote reusable patterns.
