Job summary

Infor is seeking a Solution Consultant for Syteline in a US-Remote capacity. The role focuses on translating customer needs into compelling demonstrations of Infor’s cloud-based ERP solutions, leading discovery sessions, and guiding the sales process to influence license deals and customer success.

You will collaborate with sales management, product marketing, services, and partners to craft and present compelling presentations, while supporting RFP processes and post-demo activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the sales process and interacting with prospective customers across the sales cycle.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and executive overviews.
• Experience delivering scripted and unscripted solution demonstrations that highlight value.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process through a variety of sales cycle activities.
• Lead solution demonstrations to executives, business users and stakeholders to reinforce value.
• Collaborate with account executives to define scope and strategy for prospects.
• Contribute to marketing events, value engineering engagements, and RFP responses.
