Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Syteline (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) Business Analyst to lead functional design, configuration, testing and deployment of Syteline ERP solutions.

You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, define solutions, manage integrations and support go-live and post-implementation activities to ensure the ERP delivers expected business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of ERP business analysis experience, with strong Syteline (Infor CSI) experience preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, creating BRDs and test cases.
• Experience with data migration, ETL, data mapping and SQL for validation and reporting.
• Familiarity with integrations and middleware (APIs, REST, SOAP, EDI, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Tibco).
• Strong reporting/analytics skills (SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports) and advanced Excel with VBA.
• Experience with procurement, order-to-cash, inventory, MRP, HCM/payroll and GL/AP/AR modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, use cases and functional specs for Syteline implementations.
• Perform process and gap analyses and design solutions across ERP modules (Procure-to-Pay, O2C, Inventory, Manufacturing, Finance).
• Configure system settings and support safe customization aligning with governance.
• Design and oversee integration and data migration activities, including mapping and ETL processes.
• Develop test plans, test cases and UAT scripts; coordinate defects with teams and users.
• Create implementation artifacts (BRDs, diagrams, training materials, release docs).
• Support reporting needs with SQL/PL/SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau or Crystal Reports.
