The role involves working directly with clients to solve complex challenges, leading workshops, and configuring modules across Manufacturing, Planning, Inventory, Purchases, and Finance. Remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP best practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and optimize Infor SyteLine ERP solutions for manufacturing clients.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business processes into ERP configurations.
• Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design discussions.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SyteLine ERP Consultant to deliver high-quality consulting services and ERP solutions to our manufacturing clients. This role will leverage deep expertise in Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) to help organizations improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and maximize the value of their ERP investment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing SyteLine ERP in manufacturing environments and enjoys working directly with clients to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and optimize Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP solutions based on client requirements.
• Work closely with clients to understand business processes and translate requirements into effective ERP solutions.
• Lead functional workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Configure and support core SyteLine modules, including Manufacturing, Planning, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Finance, and Shop Floor operations.
• Develop customizations, forms, reports, workflows, and integrations as needed.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and best-practice recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
• Conduct system assessments and identify opportunities for process improvements and ERP optimization.
• Support ERP upgrades, migrations, and new feature adoption initiatives.
• Stay current on Infor SyteLine enhancements, CloudSuite Industrial capabilities, and manufacturing industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and ERP best practices.
• Experience with SyteLine configurations, forms, workflows, reports, and integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and ERP data structures is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
