Job summary

Atlassian is hiring a Solution Consultant for the Advisory Services' Public Sector team. You will be an individual contributor delivering strategic technical guidance, aligning product capabilities with client business outcomes, and enabling customers to realize value from Atlassian investments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay current with best practices, and help customers scale their Atlassian ecosystems across the public sector.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience within or working with SaaS companies.
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles engaging with stakeholders from technical administrators to executives.
• Demonstrated expertise in Atlassian Data Center Platform including Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Advisory Services to align on strategic outcomes delivering exceptional service.
• Partner with customers to solve business challenges using Atlassian products, practices, and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for service and product expansion within a client’s organization.
• Cultivate deep industry and solution expertise across Atlassian solution areas.
• Create technical content and prescriptive guidance to support customer goals.
• Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional Atlassian teams.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally for events and customer engagements.
