Job summary

As an Engagement Manager, you will lead client engagements as an individual contributor, coordinating with internal teams to ensure value delivery and successful outcomes for every project.

You will manage scope, drive efficient delivery, and uncover opportunities for expansion while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Success customer-facing roles.
• 8+ years of experience within SaaS companies or similar product organizations or technology consulting firms.
• Fluent in English; second language such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for your Advisory Services engagements, driving the direction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Take charge of proactive scope management to ensure alignment with the engagement vision and outcomes.
• Execute projects to achieve results while balancing time and resources, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Accelerate time to value by applying project and program management expertise.
• Cultivate enduring client relationships through consultative communication and value reporting.
• Partner with teams across Atlassian to advocate for customer needs and innovative solutions.
• Travel up to 30% domestically, and internationally in some cases.
