Job summary

SHL is seeking a Solution Architect to shape and transition SHL’s SaaS talent solutions for enterprise clients. You will bridge commercial, product, and delivery, owning design from discovery through deployment handover. The role requires HR technology expertise and fluency across SHL’s assessment, talent intelligence, and platform offerings.

Atlanta Office is preferred; remote/hybrid options are available. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years' experience in presales, solution architecture, consulting, workforce strategy, talent management, HR tech
• Strong knowledge of psychometric assessments and their application across the talent lifecycle
• Ability to translate concepts into practical business conversations and outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery engagements to identify objectives across talent acquisition, development, mobility and workforce planning.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across SHL’s portfolio, including assessment platforms, insights and integrations.
• Own proposals with scope, assumptions, pricing inputs, and value propositions; support RFPs and executive briefings.
• Ensure structured handover to deployment and customer success teams; maintain solution integrity during early deployment.
