GovCIO is seeking a Solution Architect to join the Health Technology Management Services (HTMS) team. The selected candidate will provide contracted support to the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Information and Technology.

The Solution Architect will document current state architectures and develop solution architectures. The ideal candidate understands data architectures, challenges of system interoperability and understands project and program management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, systems, business or related technical field.
• 15+ years of related experience required.
• 10 years can substitute for education in some cases.
• Expert-level knowledge and highly innovative problem-solving.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines, including short-notice requests.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

• Develop holistic view of current IT architecture and modernization plans.
