Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Solution Architect to join the Health Technology Management Services team. This fully remote role supports the VA Office of Information and Technology, focusing on current and future state architectures and data interoperability.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in enterprise architecture, strong communication, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across multiple programs in a fast-paced federal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, systems, business or related field.
• 15+ years of related experience; 10+ years can substitute for education.
• Experience in healthcare or health insurance environments.
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop current and future state IT architectures for complex systems.
• Serve as trusted adviser to the client and build roadmaps.
• Direct interface with users/stakeholders to determine needs.
• Manage and track data across products and teams for data calls.
• Propose architectural solutions across multiple environments.
