Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on architecture work on complex, multi-system initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design for initiatives from business intent to product and system architecture.
• Prove architecture in code by building reference implementations and riskiest vertical slices.
• Produce granular, development-ready specifications for rapid execution by developers and AI agents.
• Own product and system architecture, ensuring coherent capabilities across platforms and journeys.
• Maintain the technology roadmap aligned with strategy, highlighting dependencies and tradeoffs.
