Job summary

RainFocus is seeking a senior Client Success leader to own the architecture of client event programs, ensuring scalable, innovative outcomes for multi-event portfolios. You will drive strategic discovery, design complex integrations across enterprise systems, and advise executives on key milestones.

You will mentor Solution Consultants, contribute to process improvement, and lead post-conference reviews to demonstrate measurable customer success at global events.
