Job summary

RainFocus is seeking a software implementation professional to lead post-sale client implementations and ensure successful deployment of the RainFocus platform.

Work alongside Solution Architects to capture requirements, run design workshops, configure the platform, and educate clients on best practices while tracking progress for project managers. Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically or internationally is expected.

• 2-7+ years of software implementation experience, preferably with SaaS platforms.
• Must be able to travel up to 20% domestically or internationally.
