Job summary

Zuora is seeking a Solution Architect for the EMEA region, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions that align technology with business goals. You’ll collaborate with clients, delivery managers, and technical consultants to create scalable architectures and drive successful outcomes.

You will lead workshops, perform FIT/GAP analyses, and guide end-to-end implementation including testing, deployment, and user training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Order-to-Cash experience.
• 3+ years implementing billing or CPQ solutions (Zuora, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Amdocs).
• Demonstrated core knowledge of CMS, CDN, REST API, CDP, JS, HTML, JSON.
• Proven track record of customer-facing solution delivery or business consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Ability to lead strategic business discussions and communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to understand objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable system designs.
• Conduct FIT/GAP analysis to identify needs and feasibility.
• Design end-to-end solutions including workflows, integrations, and customizations, guiding client approvals.
• Demonstrate solutions through hands-on configuration, testing, and customer demos.
• Configure and validate Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams during testing, deployment, and UAT for successful delivery.
• Develop and deliver end-user training to ensure adoption.
• Build lasting client relationships with ongoing technical and functional guidance.
