Job summary

Zuora is seeking a Solution Architect for the EMEA region, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions that align technology with business goals. You’ll collaborate with clients, delivery managers, and technical consultants to create scalable architectures and drive successful outcomes.

You will lead workshops, perform FIT/GAP analyses, and guide end-to-end implementation including testing, deployment, and user training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Order-to-Cash experience.
• 3+ years implementing billing or CPQ solutions (Zuora, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Amdocs).
• Demonstrated core knowledge of CMS, CDN, REST API, CDP, JS, HTML, JSON.
• Proven track record of customer-facing solution delivery or business consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Ability to lead strategic business discussions and communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

The Team & Role

You’ll partner closely with clients, Solution Delivery Managers, and Technical Consultants to craft innovative, scalable solutions that align technology with real business goals. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves solving complex problems, building trusted relationships, and driving results.

What you’ll do

• Lead client workshops to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable system designs.
• Conduct FIT/GAP analysis to identify business needs and technical feasibility.
• Design and document robust end-to-end solutions — including workflows, integrations, and system customizations — and guide clients to approval.
• Demonstrate solutions through hands-on configuration, testing, and customer demos throughout the project lifecycle.
• Configure and validate Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams during testing, deployment, and UAT to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Develop and deliver engaging end-user training to ensure smooth adoption.
• Build lasting client relationships by providing ongoing technical and functional guidance.

Your experience

• 5+ years of Order-to-Cash experience, ideally within a SaaS or professional services organization.
• 3+ years implementing billing or CPQ solutions (Zuora, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Amdocs, etc.).
• Demonstrated core knowledge and skills related to CMS, CDN, REST API, CDP, JS, HTML, JSON and ability to engage in detail with technical resources where required
• Proven track record of customer-facing solution delivery or business consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic business discussions and communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, system design, and integration.
• Deep understanding of SDLC — from workshops and design through build, test, and deployment.
• Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with confidence and flexibility.
