Job summary

Zuora is seeking a Solution Architect to lead enterprise-level, end-to-end solutions for our customers. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable architectures, configure Zuora Billing and related products, and drive successful deployments across complex environments.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Order-to-Cash, 3+ years implementing billing or CPQ solutions, and a proven track record of customer-facing delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Order-to-Cash experience
• 2nd item: 3+ years implementing billing or CPQ solutions (Zuora, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Amdocs, etc.)
• Proven track record of customer-facing solution delivery or business consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical designs
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, system design, and integration
• Deep understanding of SDLC from workshops to deployment

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to capture objectives and translate into scalable designs.
• Perform FIT/GAP analyses for business needs and feasibility.
• Design end-to-end solutions with workflows, integrations, and customizations.
• Demonstrate solutions via hands-on configuration, testing and demos.
• Configure Zuora Billing, Revenue and Add-On to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and teams during testing, deployment and UAT.
• Deliver engaging end-user training for smooth adoption.
• Foster long-term client relationships with ongoing technical guidance.
