Job summary

M-Files is seeking a Solution Architect to lead discovery, analyze business processes, and translate needs into robust solution designs. You will act as the primary technical voice for customers and drive engagements from discovery through delivery.

You will leverage Claude daily to accelerate discovery, analysis, and documentation, and help define automations and AI-driven value within customer environments. This is a remote-enabled role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

5 to 8 years of corporate services consulting experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven requirements gathering experience with workshops and interviews.
Hands-on experience using Claude in daily work, with judgment to verify AI output.

Responsibilities

Lead customer discovery: facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to understand goals and success criteria.
Translate business requirements into technical solution designs for implementation by project teams.
Define integrations with 3rd party applications and external data sources.
Provide technical design leadership across multiple projects and coordinate with project management.
Mentor junior team members and share reusable templates and Claude prompts.
