Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of corporate services consulting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven requirements gathering experience in client environments.
- Hands-on experience using Claude in daily work.
- Knowledge of AI agent concepts and enterprise data governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and interviews to understand business goals and success criteria.
- Translate requirements into a technical design and serve as the technical lead on projects.
- Coordinate with consultants on deployment, timelines, and delivery.
- Produce technical documentation and train client staff where needed.
- Support AI-enabled automation and governance considerations across engagements.
