M-Files Corporation seeks a Solution Architect to lead discovery, analyze customer needs, and craft clear solution designs for complex engagements. You will drive integration work with project consultants and ensure outcomes meet requirements.

You will translate business requirements into technical designs, supervise deployments, and mentor junior staff while leveraging Claude to accelerate discovery and documentation. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of corporate services consulting experience in a customer-facing setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred but not required.
• Proven requirements gathering experience: workshops, interviews, translating needs into specs.
• Hands-on Claude usage in daily work for research, analysis, drafting, and summarization.
• Knowledge of AI agents and automation in enterprise data contexts; governance considerations.
• Experience with document/content management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery through workshops and interviews to define goals and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and drive them with project teams.
• Coordinate with consultants on deployment design, timelines, and delivery.
• Produce technical documentation and handoff materials; train customer staff when needed.
• Support pre-sales scoping and identify expansion opportunities during engagements.
