Job summary

M-Files is seeking a Solution Architect to lead discovery, translate business needs into robust M-Files solution designs, and guide consultants through delivery. You will be the technical voice on engagements, defining integrations and data sources, while leveraging Claude for accelerated discovery and documentation.

The role emphasizes governance, AI-enabled workflows, and collaboration with customers to ensure high-quality deployments across multiple industries. Up to 25% travel expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of corporate services consulting experience.
• Proven requirements gathering in a customer-facing environment.
• Hands-on Claude usage in daily work with ability to validate AI output.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to define goals and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into a technical solution design and lead the technical design on multiple projects.
• Coordinate with consultants and Project Management on timelines, tasks, and delivery.
• Produce technical documentation and handoff materials; train customer staff when needed.
• Mentor junior team members and share reusable templates and workflows.
