Job summary

Luminace is seeking a Solar Technician III to support maintenance and operations of our PV plants across the Northeast. This role demands strong AC/DC electrical knowledge, data acquisition, and hands-on troubleshooting of medium-voltage equipment.

You will work remotely on projects in MA, CT, RI with occasional support in northern NY, ensuring safety, QA/QC, and timely work orders while coordinating with Asset Management. Travel up to overnight may be required.

Qualifications

• Four+ years PV plant experience and hands-on electrical knowledge.
• Strong communication, safety awareness, and teamwork.
• Familiarity with SCADA/DAS networks and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair solar facilities up to medium voltage.
• Perform routine maintenance and QA/QC inspections.
• Maintain work orders and safety documentation.
• Assist with technical scope and root cause analysis.
