Job summary

Jobot Consulting seeks a dynamic IPP/Developer with steady growth to manage solar projects from conception to completion. The role is primarily remote for candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones with limited travel.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination to deliver high-quality solar projects. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, 3+ years in solar project management, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in solar project management on 1-10MW sites.
• Strong knowledge of solar technology, construction, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of solar projects, including planning, design, construction, commissioning, and operation.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans and ensure they are adhered to.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and customers to meet requirements.
• Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed.
