Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Solar EPC Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar initiatives. This full-time role offers fully remote work and a competitive salary of $70,000–$105,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Located in the United States, candidates should have at least 4 years in project management within commercial/industrial construction or EPC, and be comfortable coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, and Finance to deliver on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management for commercial & industrial construction, utility-scale solar construction, or similar projects.
• Experience in an EPC company or renewable energy industry preferred.
• Track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to manage 10–15 projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with PM, financial management, and CRM software (Airtable, NetSuite, HubSpot).
• Experience with PV solar, Wind Energy, SCADA, Power Monitoring, or meteorological equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle as a service provider on utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Collaborate across departments and be the primary client contact in the EPC space.
• Manage project lifecycle from contract signature to commissioning, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Review contracts, drawings, and system design documentation.
• Provide timely information to internal departments and anticipate needs.
