Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Solar Project Manager for a fully remote, full-time role. The successful candidate will own the complete delivery lifecycle on utility-scale solar construction projects, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services and Finance to align on scope, schedule and deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in project management within EPC or renewable energy, and experience handling 10-15 projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management in commercial/industrial construction, utility-scale solar construction, or similar.
• Experience in EPC or renewable energy preferred.
• Track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to manage 10-15 projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle as a service provider on utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Collaborate across departments and act as the primary client contact in the EPC space.
• Manage project lifecycle from contract signature through commissioning, aligning scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Review and interpret contracts, construction drawings, and system design documentation.
• Provide timely information to internal departments and anticipate needs.
