Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Solar Project Manager for a fully remote, full-time role. You will own the delivery lifecycle on utility-scale solar construction projects and coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, and Finance to align scope and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in EPC or renewable energy, is comfortable managing 10–15 projects concurrently, and has experience with PV solar systems and CRM tools. Central Time location is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PM, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing utility-scale solar or EPC construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage 10–15 projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle on utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Collaborate cross-department and serve as the client contact for EPC projects.
• Manage project lifecycle from contract through commissioning and ensure alignment on scope, schedule and deliverables.
• Interpret contracts, drawings, and system design documents.
