Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Solar EPC Project Manager to lead delivery of utility-scale solar construction projects on a fully remote basis. This full-time role requires a solid EPC background, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to manage a portfolio of 10-15 projects while collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services and Finance.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of PM experience in relevant sectors, knowledge of PV solar systems, SCADA and monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of PM experience in commercial/industrial construction, utility-scale solar construction, or similar projects.
• Experience in EPC or renewable energy industry preferred.
• Proven track record of managing 10-15 projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with PM, financial management, and CRM software (Airtable, NetSuite, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of PV solar, wind energy, SCADA, Power Monitoring Systems or meteorological equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle as a service provider on utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Collaborate across departments and act as the primary client contact in the EPC space.
• Manage project lifecycle from contract to commissioning, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule and deliverables.
• Review contracts, drawings, and system design documentation.
• Provide timely information to internal teams and anticipate needs.
