Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Solar Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar EPC projects on a fully remote basis. You will own delivery from contract through commissioning, coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, and Finance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in project management for commercial/industrial construction, EPC or renewable energy, and can manage 10–15 projects concurrently with proficiency in PM/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years' experience in PM for commercial & industrial construction or utility-scale solar EPC projects.
• Experience in an EPC company or renewable energy industry preferred.
• Track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to manage 10–15 projects concurrently; proficient in PM, financial management, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle as a service provider on utility-scale solar EPC projects.
• Coordinate cross-department work and serve as the main client contact in EPC space.
• Manage project lifecycle from contract signature through commissioning with alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, and Finance.
• Review and interpret contracts, construction drawings, and system design documentation.
• Proactively provide accurate, timely information to internal departments.
