Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Technical Support and Project Engineer for a remote role. You will be the key member of the service team and the first point of contact for customers and partners across commercial, industrial and utility-scale solar and battery installations.

The role emphasizes customer service, technical problem solving, documentation, and collaboration with warehouse and operations. Travel up to 10% and contract-to-hire pathways are available.

Qualifications

• Strong technical problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn quickly in a technical environment.
• Experience supporting customers in a technical role is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality end-user technical support for solar inverters and site functions.
• Document issues clearly in ticketing system and via email.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and partners.
• Coordinate with warehouse and service teams to ensure SOP adherence.
• Assist with continual training on products and troubleshooting methods.
