Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Technical Support and Project Engineer for a remote role. You will be the initial contact for customers and partners in commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar projects, supporting solar inverters and site functions.

The position requires excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in customer service. Candidates should be self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Travel is around 10%.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Solar industry experiences are required.
• PV Energy Storage system-related experiences are desired.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support and document issues in ticket system.
• Handle end-user technical support for solar inverters and site functions.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Escalate and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Assist with audits and process improvements in warehouse/shipping.
