You will partner with HR and Engineering teams to fill roles across the EPC lifecycle while maintaining compliance, diversity hiring, and strong candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in utility-scale renewable energy, solar, or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of EPC lifecycle and hiring needs.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate selection skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for EPC/renewable energy roles, from posting to offers.
• Source candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with Hiring Teams.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS/HRIS and ensure compliant processes.
• Develop talent pipelines and engage diverse candidate pools.
• Provide timely candidate updates and represent the company brand professionally.
