Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in energy/utility sectors.
• Experience with EPC lifecycle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TA leadership and hiring teams to track requisition pipeline.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including posting, sourcing, interviews, offers, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity in ATS/HRIS.
• Identify and engage talent across disciplines.
• Deliver consistent candidate messaging aligned with company brand.
• Build talent communities and pipelines across functional areas.
• Maintain TA systems across Jobvite, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Support diversity hiring sourcing strategies and recruitment projects.
