Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior Solar Technician for a remote-first role supporting nationwide solar installations. You will remotely monitor diverse solar systems, perform diagnostics, and implement optimization actions to maximize energy output.

Qualifications

Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
5+ years experience as a solar technician with monitoring/diagnostics.
Proficiency with SolisCloud or SolarEdge monitoring software.

Responsibilities

Remotely monitor the performance of a portfolio of solar power systems.
Conduct in-depth diagnostics and troubleshoot issues using specialized software.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Develop remote corrective actions and maintenance recommendations.
Collaborate with field technicians and engineers to resolve problems.
Maintain records of system performance in the CRM.
